Create a BoonBuy spreadsheet.

A BoonBuy spreadsheet can collect common marketplace products in a single editable format while the provider's creator program develops. Repfolio preserves the original product URLs and treats the newer integration as beta rather than overstating its maturity.

Step-by-step

How to make a BoonBuy spreadsheet

  1. 01

    Collect the original product links

Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, JD. One source product belongs on one row.

  2. 02

    Create or import the rows

Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

  3. 03

    Choose what Repfolio should collect

Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

  4. 04

Select the agent and review links

Choose BoonBuy where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

  5. 05

    Export or publish

Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.

Template structure

Columns worth keeping

Product name
A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
Source URL
The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
Price + currency
The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
Seller
The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
Category
A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
Sizing + notes
Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.

Link handling

BoonBuy advertises a creator program and public destinations expose invite-code behavior. Use the account-issued invitation flow and test product routes; do not confuse a gateway URL or redirect service with documented affiliate attribution.

Inspect the final browser destination rather than recording intermediate gateway URLs. Keep item identifiers and source marketplace fields so rows remain repairable if the redirect chain changes.

Test BoonBuy routes without assuming a successful redirect means the promotion code survived. Product resolution and affiliate attribution require separate checks.

Repfolio is independent from BoonBuy and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

Ordering guide

How to order from BoonBuy

Open the final BoonBuy product page, compare it with the original marketplace listing, choose the correct variation and continue inside BoonBuy. Confirm payment and shipping details with the agent.

Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.

Creator links

The BoonBuy affiliate program

BoonBuy promotes a creator program, but gateway behavior alone is not proof of commission tracking. Use official account links and confirm the current reward terms before publishing earnings claims.

Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by BoonBuy and can change independently of Repfolio.
