Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, JD. One source product belongs on one row.

Create or import the rows
Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

Choose what Repfolio should collect
Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

Select the agent and review links
Choose Kakobuy where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

Export or publish

Template structure
Columns worth keeping
- Product name
- A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
- Source URL
- The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
- Price + currency
- The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
- Seller
- The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
- Category
- A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
- Sizing + notes
- Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.
Link handling
Keep source and agent links distinct
Kakobuy referral codes are supported as a beta integration. The registration-code flow is active, while product-link behavior still needs monitoring because older HagoBuy-era routes can surface. Test representative Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links before sharing a bulk export.
Use descriptive product names rather than labels such as “Link 1,” and keep Source URL, agent link and image URL in different columns. Add category and sizing information as fields instead of burying them in a long notes cell; this makes filtering useful on mobile and in Google Sheets.
Do not describe a Kakobuy row as verified merely because its link opens. Check the current product, seller, displayed price and chosen variation. Repfolio records scrape freshness so visitors can see when data may need another review.
Repfolio is independent from Kakobuy and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

How to order from Kakobuy
Open the reviewed Kakobuy destination, confirm the source product, selected variation and current displayed price, then continue through Kakobuy's purchasing and warehouse workflow. Repfolio organizes the sheet but does not place orders, hold goods or determine shipping charges.
Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.
