Create a Fansbuy spreadsheet.

A Fansbuy spreadsheet can turn marketplace finds into a consistent product index while keeping the original source available. Repfolio separates product information from the Fansbuy destination and the creator's promotion code.

Step-by-step

How to make a Fansbuy spreadsheet

  1. 01

    Collect the original product links

Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, JD. One source product belongs on one row.

  2. 02

    Create or import the rows

Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

  3. 03

    Choose what Repfolio should collect

Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

  4. 04

Select the agent and review links

Choose Fansbuy where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

  5. 05

    Export or publish

Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.

Template structure

Columns worth keeping

Product name
A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
Source URL
The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
Price + currency
The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
Seller
The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
Category
A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
Sizing + notes
Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.

Link handling

Public Fansbuy product pages expose promotion-code and Share & Earn behavior, so Repfolio classifies product sharing as verified. Generated URLs should still be opened after bulk conversion to catch a changed route early.

Do not paste the promotion code into the source URL. Save it under Fansbuy, map the original link during import, then inspect the generated destination and editable product fields independently.

Use scrape timestamps and spot checks to maintain the list. If a marketplace blocks price collection, publish no price rather than a guessed value copied from a different variation.

Repfolio is independent from Fansbuy and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

Ordering guide

How to order from Fansbuy

Open a reviewed Fansbuy item page, confirm that it resolves to the intended source product, select the correct option and continue inside Fansbuy. Check warehouse information before approving a parcel.

Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.

Creator links

The Fansbuy affiliate program

Fansbuy exposes Share & Earn mechanics and promotion codes on public product pages. Confirm the current account rules, use your own assigned code and include a visible affiliate disclosure.

Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by Fansbuy and can change independently of Repfolio.
