How to make a KameyMall spreadsheet

Collect the original product links
Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, JD, Xianyu, Yupoo. One source product belongs on one row.

Create or import the rows
Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

Choose what Repfolio should collect
Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

Select the agent and review links
Choose KameyMall where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

Export or publish
Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.
Template structure
Columns worth keeping
- Product name
- A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
- Source URL
- The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
- Price + currency
- The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
- Seller
- The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
- Category
- A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
- Sizing + notes
- Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.
Link handling
Keep source and agent links distinct
KameyMall publishes invitation and affiliate shipping-commission information, so Repfolio lists the provider as verified. Save a KameyMall code in its own agent profile and test the resulting destination on a small group of products before distributing a full catalog.
For Yupoo entries, record the album URL and any separate purchase link without pretending the album itself contains a live price. For Xianyu, use Notes to record condition or seller-specific details that a short title cannot explain.
Review mixed-source sheets by marketplace. A working Taobao route does not validate a Yupoo album or resale listing, and a visible headline price may not match the selected size or variation.
Repfolio is independent from KameyMall and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

How to order from KameyMall
Open the reviewed KameyMall destination, confirm the marketplace product and chosen variation, submit the order through KameyMall, then check the warehouse record before approving shipment. Repfolio organizes the research; KameyMall controls purchasing and fulfillment.
Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.
Creator links
The KameyMall affiliate program
KameyMall has public affiliate and invitation material, but commission eligibility and payout terms remain KameyMall's responsibility. Read the current program rules and disclose affiliate links on every public sheet.
Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by KameyMall and can change independently of Repfolio.
