Create a LitBuy spreadsheet.

A LitBuy spreadsheet is most useful when its narrower marketplace coverage is explicit. Repfolio organizes Taobao, Weidian and 1688 products into editable rows and keeps LitBuy links separate from canonical source URLs.

Step-by-step

How to make a LitBuy spreadsheet

  1. 01

    Collect the original product links

Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688. One source product belongs on one row.

  2. 02

    Create or import the rows

Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

  3. 03

    Choose what Repfolio should collect

Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

  4. 04

Select the agent and review links

Choose LitBuy where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

  5. 05

    Export or publish

Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.

Template structure

Columns worth keeping

Product name
A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
Source URL
The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
Price + currency
The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
Seller
The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
Category
A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
Sizing + notes
Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.

Link handling

Public LitBuy product pages support promotional invite-code links, so Repfolio marks product sharing as verified. It does not extend that conclusion to unsupported marketplaces or undocumented URL patterns.

Limit automated conversion to the sources LitBuy currently supports. Keep Tmall, Yupoo or other entries manual rather than relabeling them as LitBuy-compatible just to make the sheet look complete.

Open examples from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 independently. Each marketplace can fail differently, and a clean title alone does not prove that the correct variation or price loaded.

Repfolio is independent from LitBuy and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

Ordering guide

How to order from LitBuy

Open the LitBuy destination, verify the original item and variation, then complete purchasing and warehouse review within LitBuy. Repfolio does not place the order or confirm shipping costs.

Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.

Creator links

The LitBuy affiliate program

LitBuy product pages expose invite-code behavior. Treat that as product-sharing support, not a promise of commission, and check the current account terms before promoting links.

Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by LitBuy and can change independently of Repfolio.
