How to make a OrientDig spreadsheet

Collect the original product links
Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, Xianyu, Pinduoduo, Yupoo. One source product belongs on one row.

Create or import the rows
Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

Choose what Repfolio should collect
Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

Select the agent and review links
Choose OrientDig where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

Export or publish
Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.
Template structure
Columns worth keeping
- Product name
- A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
- Source URL
- The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
- Price + currency
- The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
- Seller
- The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
- Category
- A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
- Sizing + notes
- Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.
Link handling
Keep source and agent links distinct
OrientDig documents invitation and product affiliate sharing rules. Repfolio therefore treats its sharing workflow as verified, while still requiring users to preview generated destinations because agent-owned routes and program terms can change.
Keep seller, source marketplace and price currency explicit. When an album has no public price, leave price blank and add a note rather than copying a number from an unrelated product or older post.
Test at least one destination per source marketplace and review all rows that came back partial. Catalog visitors should be able to distinguish a recently checked product from a historical find.
Repfolio is independent from OrientDig and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

How to order from OrientDig
After opening an OrientDig product destination, verify the title, selected option and displayed amount, submit the item through the agent, and wait for the warehouse stage before making shipping decisions. Do not treat a spreadsheet row as an order confirmation.
Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.

OrientDig's public rules cover invitation and product sharing. Use only the code assigned to your account, follow its current program conditions and label commercial links clearly.
Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by OrientDig and can change independently of Repfolio.
