Step-by-step
How to make a Sugargoo spreadsheet
- 01
Collect the original product links
Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Tmall, JD, Xianyu, Pinduoduo. One source product belongs on one row.
- 02
Create or import the rows
Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.
- 03
Choose what Repfolio should collect
Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.
- 04
Select the agent and review links
Choose Sugargoo where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.
- 05
Export or publish
Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.
Template structure
Columns worth keeping
- Product name
- A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
- Source URL
- The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
- Price + currency
- The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
- Seller
- The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
- Category
- A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
- Sizing + notes
- Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.
Link handling
Keep source and agent links distinct
Sugargoo publishes a personal affiliate-link and code program, and Repfolio treats that integration as verified. Save the Sugargoo code to the agent profile and apply it through the selected destination rather than pasting modified URLs into the source column.
Use marketplace and category fields to separate ordinary retail products from Xianyu or Pinduoduo finds. For listings with price ranges, record what the source actually displays and explain the reviewed variation in Notes instead of presenting the lowest value as a universal price.
Before sharing a Sugargoo sheet, open a sample from every marketplace represented in it. A single successful Taobao conversion does not prove that Xianyu or 1688 rows follow the same behavior.
Repfolio is independent from Sugargoo and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.
Ordering guide
How to order from Sugargoo
Open the reviewed Sugargoo destination, confirm the source product, selected variation and current displayed price, then continue through Sugargoo's purchasing and warehouse workflow. Repfolio organizes the sheet but does not place orders, hold goods or determine shipping charges.
Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.

The Sugargoo affiliate program
Sugargoo publishes a personal affiliate-link and code program, and Repfolio treats that integration as verified. Save the Sugargoo code to the agent profile and apply it through the selected destination rather than pasting modified URLs into the source column.
Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by Sugargoo and can change independently of Repfolio.
