How to make a USFans spreadsheet

Collect the original product links
Start with full marketplace URLs from Taobao, Weidian, 1688. One source product belongs on one row.

Create or import the rows
Paste links into a new Repfolio sheet or import CSV/XLSX. During import, map Link, Name, Price, Image, Seller and Notes to the matching fields.

Choose what Repfolio should collect
Scrape titles, displayed prices, images or sellers for one row or the whole sheet. Blocked and incomplete pages remain editable rather than being presented as confirmed data.

Select the agent and review links
Choose USFans where supported, add the appropriate code, and open representative destination links before publishing.

Export or publish
Download CSV or Excel, connect Google Sheets, or publish a hosted catalog. The output uses the fields you reviewed rather than silently replacing them.
Template structure
Columns worth keeping
- Product name
- A short, recognizable name that remains useful if a page title changes.
- Source URL
- The original marketplace link, kept separate from the agent destination.
- Price + currency
- The displayed amount and its currency, with the scrape time available.
- Seller
- The seller or store shown by the source when it can be collected reliably.
- Category
- A consistent value such as footwear, outerwear, accessories or home.
- Sizing + notes
- Variation details, warnings and the exact option you reviewed.
Link handling
Keep source and agent links distinct
Active USFans registration links use referral codes, but no complete first-party product affiliate specification has been confirmed. Use documented registration attribution and validate individual product destinations instead of assuming one URL pattern covers every marketplace.
Keep the original product ID visible during link checks, particularly for Weidian paths. If the generated destination opens a generic search or homepage, keep the row manual until the mapping is confirmed.
Separate a working registration referral from a working product conversion in your claims. These are different capabilities and should not share one “verified” label.
Repfolio is independent from USFans and the listed marketplaces. A generated or imported URL is not an endorsement, authenticity check, availability promise or shipping estimate. Public lists should identify affiliate relationships clearly.

How to order from USFans
Open the reviewed USFans destination or submit the source link through USFans, confirm the selected product, then continue through the agent's purchasing and warehouse workflow.
Before paying, compare the destination with the original marketplace row and confirm quantity, size, color and price. After purchase, use the agent’s own order status and warehouse tools; a spreadsheet is a planning record, not proof that an item has been bought or inspected.

The USFans affiliate program
USFans registration referral links are active, but full product-link terms need written confirmation. Use current account-provided links and avoid promising commissions on unverified formats.
Keep one code per agent, test attribution using the provider’s own dashboard where available, and identify affiliate links prominently. Program acceptance, commission, withdrawal and account eligibility are controlled by USFans and can change independently of Repfolio.
