Core structure
What belongs in a reps spreadsheet?
- Source URL
- Keep the original Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or other marketplace page. Agent URLs can change; the source is your repair path.
- Product and seller
- Use a recognizable product name and separate seller field so visitors can search without opening every row.
- Price and currency
- Record the displayed amount, currency and collection time. Never present the lowest variation price as universal.
- Sizing and notes
- Store the exact option you reviewed, limitations, condition details and creator observations outside the title.
- Image
- Use an authorized public product image URL and avoid claiming that a listing image proves the delivered product's quality.
- Agent destination
- Keep the selected shopping agent and affiliate destination separate from the canonical marketplace source.
Five steps
Build the sheet without losing track
- 01
Collect full links
Start from complete public marketplace URLs rather than screenshots, shortened links or product names with no source.
- 02
Import and map columns
Upload CSV or Excel and explicitly map clickable hyperlinks, product names, prices, images, sellers and notes.
- 03
Collect selected fields
Choose which fields to scrape. Review partial results and edit blocked marketplace rows manually.
- 04
Deduplicate before publishing
Merge identical canonical source links while deciding deliberately whether conflicting notes or agent destinations should be retained.
- 05
Export one reviewed snapshot
Generate CSV, Excel, Google Sheets or a hosted page from the same approved fields.
Seller lists
What makes a useful best-sellers spreadsheet?
A seller spreadsheet should document evidence rather than label every entry “best.” Keep seller names, source stores, products reviewed, review dates and your own notes in separate fields. Popularity, low price and quality are different measurements.
Avoid copying unverified ratings or community claims. A seller may perform differently across product categories, and marketplace availability can change. Link to the source and explain the basis for any recommendation.
